Project: Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro Client: Frame/Sony Ericsson/Saatchi Saatchi Music & Sound Design: Box of Toys Audio CHALLENGE / Our friends at Frame, Denmark asked us to create a soundtrack to their 35mm TV advertisement of the Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro for Saatchi Saatchi. SOLUTION / The brief set the challenge of composing a New Disco esque music track to match the energy and pace of a tennis match between the Xperia Mini Pro and Caroline Wozniacki, current No. 1 in the WTA Tour. A contemporary sound design track documents the preparation of the serve, the impact of the return and the trajectory of the ball in order to engage the excitement of the game and the drama of the point won.
