There are already more countries drawing money from the European Structural Funds than there are putting it in. Now, with Croatia dubbed as the new problem child of the EU, Made in Germany would like to know how many weaker countries the European Union is actually keeping afloat. Professor Tanja Börzel from the Otto Suhr Institute of Political Science at the Free University of Berlin has the answers.
