Find the best financial services for you at: SMARTFINANCESOLUTIONS.NET - Can i file bankruptcy and still open a business? - I have a villa which is going through foreclosure (since Chase Bank wont approve my deed in lieu - but that's another story)...I'm also trying to open a Professional Organizer business which normally doesn't require too much money to open. Anyway, I heard that filing for bankrupcy is a good idea when going thru a foreclosure but I was wondering....Can I still open the business? I was going to apply for a government grant instead of a loan. And I already have two bank accounts which one I can use for the business.. Serious comments are accepted..please help.
