The murder trial of Oscar Pistorius was adjourned until April 7, when the South African track star is expected to take the stand in his own defence.

"We cannot proceed this morning, and we are also not sitting next week. One of my assessors is not well so this court is not properly constituted."
Prosecutors took 15 days to lay out their case against Pistorius, accused of murdering his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp last year, by firing a pistol through a closed toilet door.
Neighbours have testified hearing a woman's screaming before a series of shots.
Pistorius, on the other hand, has asserted that he mistook Steenkamp for an intruder hiding in the toilet.
If found guilty, the Paralympic and Olympic athlete faces at least 25 years in prison.
