The idyllic landscape was obsessive to him
It was a chaotic bursting landscape
Churned up and destroyed by man
Natural catastrophy, and the catastrophy of war
Which has ridden over men and landscapes
Since time began, when man was born
Manifested in huge menacing birds, wailing fish
Tank battles on a landscape of dead men
The earth is burst apart, the heaven is in rags
On the horizen red tatters of blood
Hands reach from the earth, armed with knives
A floating body, appears dressed in a black flame
Men hack at each other in deadly combat
And out of this mayhem are born
The colours of blood death and cold
