If the world is going to end
let it go in style
charge all inhabitants an entrance fee
and make it worth their while
Let there be explosions
let there be a flood
let there be heavenly choirs
let it end good
let there be one last sunrise
for everyone to see
let it be remembered by all humanity
if the world is going to end
let its final act impress
please god let us not sleep
slip into meek nothingness
