I find myself wondering
questioning
a pit in my stomach
You have been so quiet
distant
a million miles away
Is it something I have said
did
a moment gone wrong?
The sky has turned dark
clouding my heart
lightening cracks the sky
willing me to cry
and soon the raindrops will fall
whilst I wait for you to call.
