A landslide in Brazil’s World Cup host city of Natal has destroyed at least 25 houses.
No one was injured but many people lost their belongings be as their homes were swept away.
Natal has been deluged with the monthly average of rain in just one day.
Fear of further landslides prompted the authorities to evacuate 50-60 families to schools and churches the area throughout the night.
The city is due to host four matches during the tournament.
