Lighter than a feather gently I rise
From the ashes of my remains
Into vitas never ending skies
To Native heaven great plains
Eagle soars beyond earthly bonds
And buffalo roams the grassy land
The grizzly feeds on salmon ponds
I’m nature’s notes musical band
When hearts stop their daily static
And actively listen with cleansed ears
I’m the sound of buzzing bees ecstatic
Cheery blossoms yielding spheres
I’m the hymn of rolling wind
Giving freely life its gentle up lift
Pollen to pollen I transfer God’ mind
Blessings prayers every spring’s gift
Body mass once imprisoned me
I’m not there or it; cry not for its demise
Worldly shackled prison set fee
Released from the handcuffs of analyze
When holding nature’s hands again
These precious moments set prayers free
Rays filter softly from the den of Zen
Sun nourishes every poetic tree
No sash separates me from the divine
When two shall become the one
No dogma captures the essence of shrine
Night is dead my light has won
