Sixteen European Union members of parliament sent a letter to the Mexican government on Monday condemning the disappearance of 43 students in the State of Guerrero following a murderous police attack two weeks ago. They threatened to suspend the bilateral global agreement with Mexico until confidence is restored with respect to human rights.
