In this hour of regret,
I beg for forgiveness for my sin
Hope for a better home than where I am,
God above now do your thing
Not long from now ill be in the Next Life,
A Promised Land they but will it be there for me?
Heaven or Hell or somewhere in between,
I’ll have to wait and see
Here I’ am at Death’s door,
Soon it’ll open and ill be gone with the wind
This is the Last Mile,
And I’m walking Memory Lane again
All locked on as I sit in the electric chair,
My sentence is near and my Last Words are said
Vision is blinded and the countdown begins,
As two thousand volts now go through my head
