In my placidity, I rest
I see the worst looks like the best
The glistening gold and the crest
All but pseudo, I won't protest.

In my placidity, I peep
The poor happy in his hardship
But the tears of the rich drip
Mystery has its fate to keep.

In my placidity, I pity
Life's acute agonies of adversity
Life's suprised smiles of serendipity
Everything here, all but futility.
.
In my placidity, I wept
I saw everything asunder crept
I saw brutality at deepest dept
All immoralities sincerely kept.
.
In my placidity, I rise
And life is a game of dice
Today, our fates suffice
Tomorrow comes in vague and disguise.
