She Holds her breath and feels the fire
as he touched her skin
A sensation she hasn’t felt in years
but longed to feel again
He came to her one spring day not
looking for love at all
As their friendship began to grow
she fell in love by fall
How he fills this emptiness she has
endured for years
And made her forget all the nights
she cried those lonely tears
Baptized in his words of love mighty
