Following in the footsteps of the insanely successful Skylanders franchise, Nintendo and Disney decided to jump into the "playable figurine" market. Following those huge successes, Lego has announced a new game today: LEGO Dimensions which will release on September 27 for the Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4, and Wii U. The game will feature a ton of Lego-ized franchises, including Lord of the Rings, the DC Comics universe, and Back to the Future.
