Police: Phoenix man used social media to lure girls to fake modeling agency

Jarre Bjelic was arrested April 30 and booked into jail on 18 felony counts of sexual offenses, including luring a minor for sexual exploitation, sexual conduct with a minor, theft by extortion and computer tampering.
