The Oakland School District authorities have released a new video revealing that it wasn't the first time Marchell Mitchell took his aggression out on Francisco Martinez.
Earlier this week, we brought you the story of a school security guard, Mitchell, who a slapped Oakland High student, Martinez, out of his wheelchair after he reportedly spat in the guard's face. Martinez suffers from cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair to get around.
The second video to be released shows Martinez resisting the security officers outside an elevator. The officers can be seen dumping the boy from his wheelchair and stomping his head into the door before dragging him into the elevator to continue the assault.
The officers stood over Martinez punching and kicking him into submission while two other students stood by and watched. Martinez fought to escape the elevator ride from hell but was overpowered by the two men in the violent attack that lasted for over a minute.
Mitchell is now without a job and faces felony charges of child abuse for the mistreatment of the boy.
