The Supreme Court on Thursday (May 14) has stayed Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's circular discussing legal action against media for any 'defamatory news'. The Delhi Government had earlier issued a circular stating that if any officer associated with the Delhi Government felt that published or aired news item damaged his or the Government's reputation, he should file a complaint with the Principal Secretary (Home).
