It being the final home game of the season, the Man United players stayed on the pitch after the game to thank the Old Trafford faithful.
Out through injury, Wayne Rooney and his soon-to-be two year old son Klay took to the pitch at full time.
Klay showed his father’s goalscoring instincts to score his first ever goal on the Old Trafford pitch in front of the cheering Manchester United fans.
