Now as you all know, I'm a huge YDKJ fan, so you can only imagine how hyped I was when I finally got a chance to try out the 6th edition into the YDKJ series. However, for obvious reasons, this game feels a bit lack-luster. Don't get me wrong, it's not a terrible game, but for just 6 questions and the 7th one is the Jack Attack, it feels very short.
You'd think they'd stretch it out to the new standard 10 questions then the Jack Attack (or at least like Vol. 4 did it with at least 12 questions and then the Jack Attack), but no, instead every game is 7 questions long. To quote Kevin Sorbo from the Hercules series, "Disappointed".
After knowing that, there really isn't much left to say here other than they have a new sign-in host, The Captain (watch and you'll find out why). Basically like Volume 4, the "story" of this game is that the overall game is over once you've amassed a ton of money earned in the game (so if you're going for 3 players and try to screw each other, be careful since the final score from all players will be added up.) With that said, enjoy the 6th entry in the YDKJ series... I guess.
