私人厨房,是“我要做波士”的第五位入围者Jason Wong的企业概念。在现今的社会,忙碌的城市人大都没时间准备晚餐,尤其是在于筹备材料、烹煮和清洗工作方面。
那么,私人厨房是如何操作呢?顾客只需预先通知私人厨房他们想要享用的晚餐,后者就会准备材料与厨具,并且会处理接下来的清洗工作。
对于身为独生子的Jason来说,晚餐尤为重要。有了私人厨房,人们可以在这里为他们心爱的人烹煮晚餐。私人厨房拥有八间大小不一的厨房以应付不同顾客的需求,其中一间是烘焙厨房。用餐区就在厨房的隔壁,采用落地玻璃的设计,可以让亲友们看见顾客下厨的情况。
透过私人厨房,Jason希望可以提倡健康的饮食习惯。
Private Kitchen is the business concept of our fifth finalist, Jason Wong. It targets those who like to cook their own dinner, yet have no time to prepare the ingredients or are too tired to do the washing and cleaning up after.
So, how does the whole concept work? It’s simple. Customers just need to notify Private Kitchen of their desired menu and the latter shall take care of the rest i.e. ingredients, cooking utensils, washing, etc.
In Jason’s opinion, dinner is an important meal of the day. Private Kitchen will provide customers a place to cook for their loved ones. It will consist of eight individual kitchens of different sizes, each with an attached dining area.
With such a concept, Jason hopes to cultivate the habit of eating healthy home-cooked dinners among Malaysians.
