Mentally ill woman was tasered by medics and police officers in the USA. She died four days after the incident with medical staff stating brain damage due to physical restraint as the cause of death. Officials ruled her death an accident and no investigations into police involvement were made.
There have been numerous cases of mentally-ill inmates being mistreated in U.S prisons.
