Taiwan Flood waters jet out of Shihmen Dam after deluge of Dujuan Typhoon

Taiwanese authorities released flood waters at Taoyuan City's Shihmen Dam, Tuesday, after typhoon Dujuan hit the country on Monday. Footage shows a controlled release of flood water at the dam, with dozens of people watching the water jetting out.
