Driver tries to cheat carpool lane with 'zombie baby' as a passenger

A man was pulled over and given a ticket for illegally using the carpool lane because instead of traveling with a passenger, his front-seat occupant was a fake zombie baby. Keri Lumm (@thekerilumm) reports.
