On July 18th, New York-based swim and resort wear designer A.Z Araujo debuted his 2012 Collection during the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim in New York City. Nooka timepieces and eyewear were featured on models during the show, matching the innovative and fashion-forward designs by A.Z Araujo. Featured in the runway show was “The Cheetah Girls” band member Adrienne Bailon, “The Real Housewives of Miami” cast mate Adriana De Moura and “Marina” telenovela actress Aylin Mujica.
The Brazilian actor-turned-designer hails from the small town of Boqueirao in Paraiba and cites his hometown roots and the chic, edgy presence of New York City as inspirations for his designs. The A.Z Araujo label was launched in 2008
