Komisioni Parlamentar i Ligjeve ka miratuar me konsensus kalendarin 3 javor te punimeve qe përmban 22 projektligje, por per shqyrtim eshte percaktuar vetem drafti per heqjen e makinave jashte perdorimit.
Nismat e tjera jane kode dhe projekte, qe kerkojne edhe votat e opozites, ndersa ngritja e komisionit per reformen zgjedhore, kushtezohet nga marreveshja politike. Shqyrtimi në seancë plenare bëhet menjëherë sapo të përcaktohen detyrat, numri, dhe përbërja e komisionit, saktesohet ne faqen zyrtare te Kuvendit. I mbledhur ne mesdite ne seline roze, grupi parlamentar socialist i eshte kthyer takimeve me dyer te mbyllura. Deputetet jane njohur dhe mbeshteten paketen e propozuar nga kryetari Edi Rama te premten e kaluar, me 10 kushtet e kompromisit me mazhorancen. Vete kreu i PS nuk ishte ne takimin e përjavshëm ne deputetet, per shkak te angazhimeve te tjera. Arben Malaj tha pas mbledhjes, se nuk beson, qe mazhoranca te miratoje paketen e opozites, pasi vendi e ka humbur tashme shansin, per statusin e kandidatit edhe kete vit. Mbledhja e deputeteve socialiste, qe zgjati rreth 1 ore, vetem ne pjesen e pare, ishte formale. Ajo u pasua nga nje koktejl, i ofruar nga deputetet Arben Malaj dhe Marko Bello, te cilet festuan 50 vjetorin te henen e kaluar. Te gjendur te papergatitur nga urimi i kryetarit Rama nje jave me pare, ata premtuan se festa e vogel me koleget do te organizohej pikerisht, kete te hene. Disa kamariere te restorantit prane selise se socialisteve jane kujdesur per festen,qe ishte surprize per deputetet e mbledhur ne takimet e perjavshme. Por edhe kjo ceremoni e thjeshte u mbajt larg mediave. Urimet e kolegeve, Malaj e Bello i priten me nje gote vere ne dore dhe ca fruta shpërndarë ne tavolina.
