Ditën e hënë ne orën 10:00 KLD do te zgjedhe nënkryetarin e këtij institucioni me propozim te Presidentit te Republikës. Rendi i ditës se kësaj mbledhjeje, i cili iu është shpërndarë anëtarëve qe te mërkurën, parashikon si pike te pare zgjedhjen e pasuesit te Kreshnik Spahiut. Megjithatë, për shkak te votimit nga parlamenti te Elvis Çefes, duket se pika e pare e rendit te ditës do te jete verifikimi i mandatit te tij dhe me pas votimi. Posti i nënkryetarit te KLD është hapur për here te pare 10 vjet me pare. Qe nga ajo kohe 2 nënkryetarët, Ilir Panda dhe Kreshnik Spahiu, janë zgjedhur mes anëtarëve te ardhur nga Parlamenti, e jo nga radhët e gjyqësorit. Nuk dihet nëse ne këtë situate mazhoranca do te ngrejë zyrtarisht si pretendim zbatimin e kësaj tradite edhe ne këtë rast, ndonëse nuk ekziston një baze ligjore qe te detyroje kreun e shtetit për një gjë te tille. 3 anëtarët e votuar nga parlamenti sot ne KLD janë: Neshat Fana, Lefteri Lleshi dhe Elvis Çefa. Sipas ligjit, Presidenti ka te drejtën e tij te plotë për te propozuar emrin e nënkryetarit dhe mësohet se Topi mund te zgjedhe një prej anëtarëve qe vijnë nga gjyqësori për këtë post. Pikërisht për këtë shkak, momenti i zgjedhjes se nënkryetarit te KLD pritet te krijoje një përplasje te re mes mazhorances dhe kreut te shtetit. Ndërkohë qe kreu i LSI, Ilir Meta, nga Fieri, ka bere thirrje qe ky proces te mos politizohet. Posti i numrit 2 te KLD mbeti bosh ne muajin shkurt, kur Kreshnik Spahiu dha dorëheqjen. Asokohe KLD vendosi te prese anëtarin qe do te zgjidhte parlamenti, para se te shkonte tek votimi i nënkryetarit.
