Nga te dhëna e para mësohet se Blerim Metaliaj pa filluar mirë seanca e ka qëlluar disa herë më grushte bashkëshorten e tij, duke i shkaktuar plagë poshtë syrit të majtë. E menjëhershme ka qenë ndërhyrja e policisë, e cila ka bërë edhe shoqërimin në komisariat të bashkëshortit dhunues. Ndërkohë qe gruaja është shoqëruar në spitalin "Nënë Tereza", ku ka marrë mjekimet e nevojshme. Divorci është kërkuar nga bashkëshortja e cila ka deklaruar se dhuna e vazhdueshme është bere shkak qe te drejtohet ne dyert e Gjykatës.
