Anëtari i LSI ne KQZ Ilirjan Muho te vazhdoje punën për sa kohe nuk është sqaruar baza ligjore. Ky është rekomandimi i kreut te pretencës se OSBE ne Tirane, Eugen Wolfarth, pas shkarkimit nga komisioni i ligjeve te përfaqësuesit te LSI ne Komisionin Qendror te Zgjedhjeve. Ambasadori Wolfarth theksoi ne vijim se KQZ është një institucion teknik dhe jo politik.
