Binay on modernizing agriculture; Poe: Use coco levy funds for farmers

Vice President Jejomar Binay says he will modernize agriculture and help farmers shift to high-yielding crops. Senator Grace Poe aims to put up agro-industrial zones and use the coco levy fund to help farmers. Both agree to scrap irrigation fee.
