New Delhi, Mar 12 (ANI): After holding a meeting with Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and other officials from the Ministry of Finance, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Chairman Upendra Kumar Sinha on Saturday said that the importance of 'emerging mutual funds' as counter-balance to foreign portfolio investors, was debated upon in the crucial meeting.Jaitley had today called the meeting of the boards of The Reserve Bank of India and SEBI to discuss the feasibility of introducing various financial sector reforms announced in the budget proposals for 2016-17.
