Dutch vote against EU-Kiev pact no 'obstacle': Poroshenko

Ukrainian President Petro Porosheko said Thursday that a "No" vote in a Dutch referendum on a key EU pact with Kiev was no obstacle to the ex-Soviet country's integration with the bloc.
