Imphal, Apr 26 (ANI): People in Imphal struggled to carry on with their routine tasks as flash floods threw normal life out of gear. Torrential rains over the last few days have inundated parts of Manipur. Flood water entered houses in low-lying areas, leaving residents stranded. Meanwhile, residents alleged apathy on part of public representatives. Distribution of relief materials to affected areas has started, said local media reports.
