A video has emerged of firefighters cutting handcuffs off a man's wrists.
The video, captured in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province on Monday, shows the firefighters using pliers to try to open the cuffs.
According to reports, something went wrong with the handcuffs and police were unable to open them.
