Pedro Pablo Kuczynski sworn in as Peru’s president

Pedro Pablo Kuczynski has promised to address poverty and inequality after being sworn in as Peru's new president. But, he will need the cooperation of Congress, which is dominated by his rival Keiko Fujimori's party.
