Raipur, Aug 03 (ANI): Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh on Wednesday said he is sure that Goods and Services Tax will get a green signal in Rajya Sabha today. Singh said the Centre has assured that it will help states financially for the first three years in case of loss.
