Pavel Garg gave Cash Prize of Rs. One Lac. each to Sh. Parveen Kumar, Driver (a DTC Bus Driver) and Sh. Dinesh Chander (a DTC Bus Conductor) on dated 06.01.2010 for saving the life of 40 children, without taking care of their life, from the fire broken in the Bus in New Delhi.
