The man arrested in connection with a Christmas truck attack that killed 12 people in Berlin was released from custody Tuesday because of insufficient evidence. The man, who was identified only as a Pakistani national, denied any involvement after he was arrested at a nearby park Monday evening. The attack at the Breitscheidplatz market left 12 people dead and 49 hurt.
