These were clips taken at around midnight on February 8, 2013, the end of day 1 or the beginning of day 2, depending on how you look at it. The height of the storm may have already passed, but you can still hear the wind howling and the snow blowing everywhere.
Even though the storm has another 8 to 12 to go, the accumulation on the ground was already massive, more than what we have seen in a 24-hour period. .
