Indian engineer Afroz Shaikh showed off what is possibly the world's smallest electric motorcycle at the IIT Techfest in Mumbai, Saturday. The 10 inch (25 centimetre) high vehicle is made of parts from children's toys and can carry up to 80 kilogrammes (176 pounds).
