'Worlds fattest man' has surgery to halve his weight

Juan Pedro Franco was dubbed the world's heaviest man.He weighed half a tonne but is now attempting to shift half his weight.He has shed 175 kilos to prepare for a one hour long surgical procedure to hopefully take him to 120 kilos.
