The government is even willing to pay for the wedding party. The government is offering a luxurious five-star venue, along with the ceremony and catering for free to young couples facing "financial troubles."
Qatar has the highest GDP in the world and a very small population of nationals. Eighty-eight percent of the country is comprised of foreigners.
It seems like the country is wealthy enough, however, to win the hearts of its people.
