Dylan Hronec is a hero. Born with Cebral Palsy, Dylan, aka The Surfing Samurai, hasn't let that stop him from chasing waves. Working with his coach, Cliff Skudin, Dylan has been part of Surf for All, an organization that works to get children from all ages, backgrounds, and abilities in the water.
