June 2007 Benny Rogosnitzky held a memorial concert performance at the Riverdale Jewish Center. The concert performance was in tribute to Cantor Joseph Rosenblatt.
Rosenblatt was a Ukrainian-born chazzan (cantor) and composer and was regarded as the greatest cantor of his time.
