SC live streaming can begin on experimental basis, says centre

Centre tells Supreme Court that live streaming of court proceedings can begin in an experimental basis from the CJI's courtroom only of constitutional bench matters. SC asks AG K K Venugopal to frame a guideline and submit to court.
