Foam party! Spanish police baffled after pranksters fill fountain with washing powder

Police were left baffled after locals filled the Plaza de la Constitucion Fountain in La Linea de la Concepcion, Spain, with washing powder. The fountain ends up a circular mass of fluffy foam.
