ಭಾರತವು ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನಾ ವಿರೋಧಿ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೆ ರೂಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಅದನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಾಕ್ಷ್ಯಾಧಾರ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಪುಲ್ವಾಮಾ ದಾಳಿಗೆ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನ ಹೊಣೆ ಎನ್ನಬಾರದು. ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ ಜೈಶ್ ಇ ಮೊಹ್ಮದ್ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥ ಮಸೂದ್ ಅಜರ್ ನನ್ನು ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕ ಎಂದು ವಿಶ್ವಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಲು ಅಡ್ಡಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಚೀನಾ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಎಂದು ಆಧಾರ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಆರೋಪಿಸಬಾರದು ಎಂದು ಚೀನಾದ ಸರಕಾರಿ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಹೇಳಿದೆ.
