The Congress has attacked Mayawati govt over Bhatta Parsaul leader Manveer Singh Tevatia's arrest, calling the arrest as kidnapping. Uttar Pradesh police arrested Manveer Singh Tevatia, the leader of Kishan Sangharsh Samiti from Delhi.
