Jharkhand Chief Minister Arjun Munda has held the Centre responsible for the naxal attack in Garhwa area of the state on Friday that killed 13 policemen. Munda hit out at the Central govt's handling of the issue saying just that was responsible for the rise of naxal violence. He blamed poor policies of successive Congress govt's over the last 6 decades. Nearly 24 hours after the attack there's still no trace of the lady Zila Parishad member and the 3 persons travelling with her near the scene of the attack when it happened.
