ISRO's historic mission to Mars - is it's first-ever launch outside the Earth's sphere of influence in its 44-year-long history. It is also the cheapest by any nation to the red planet.
It is expected to reach the red planet's orbit by September 24, 2014 and go around in an elliptical orbit (periapsis of 366 km and apo-apsis of 80,000 km).
