Conservative MP Charlie Elphicke charged with three counts of sexual assault.
The charges relate to alleged assaults against two women.
Elphicke was suspended from the Conservative Party last year.
Elphicke was subsequently reinstated ahead of a vote of confidence in Theresa May.
